Tools of War: Attendees are expected to bring their army, dice, a tape measure, all relevant rules publications, and a copy of your army list. If you are using any electronic devices to carry your official rules references, please ensure they are charged and available for reference at all times.

Modelling and Painting

All miniatures in your collection must be fully painted and based to a Battle Ready including any terrain and manifestations.

Please ensure you follow WYSIWYG. 3D printed models allowed as long as they represent clearly what it should be and on the right base.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT

Scoring

At the end of each game, present your game points and result to the tournament organiser (TO). I've set up a Malarki event which is free to use.

Pairings

Your opponent for your first game will be randomly determined. Subsequent rounds will be organised using a swiss system. If you ever find yourself facing off against a player you have faced previously, please contact the tournament organiser.

Saturday

Registration: 0930

Round 1: 10:00 - 12:45

Lunch: 12:45 - 13:30

Round 2: 13:30- 16:15

Break: 16:15 - 16:30

Round 3: 16:30 - 19:15

Meal out afterwards

Sunday

Arrival: 09:00 - 09:30

Round 4: 09:30 - 12:15

Lunch: 12:15 - 13:15 (Best painted to be judged by players)

Round 5: 13:15 - 16:45 (Best Sports Vote)

TERRAIN

Table Layouts

Terrain will be set out on tables prior to Game 1. Before each game please adjust the terrain to follow the rules for objective and terrain placement. If you have any issues with terrain placement please ask the staff for help. If the terrain is based, then that base is used to define if a model is Wholly On Terrain.

Faction Terrain

Every effort should be made to allow players to use their faction terrain. This only applies to Faction Terrain that is set up before the game begins.
