REQUIREMENTS

Scoring

Scoring and game tracking will be done using the Tabletop Battles App. Players MUST familiarize themselves with this tool before the event.

Final scores must be submitted to the indicated Community Chat (Pair O’ Dice Wargaming chat or AOS Davao Chat).

PRIZE STRUCTURE

Commemorative Trophies for placers.
The total store credit prize pool will scale with the number of participants. Here's how it breaks down:

4-6 Participants:

🥇 Gold: 50% of the store credit prize pool

🥈 Silver: 30% of the store credit prize pool

🥉 Bronze: 20% of the store credit prize pool

7-10 Participants:

🥇 Gold: 60% of the store credit prize pool

🥈 Silver: 25% of the store credit prize pool

🥉 Bronze: 15% of the store credit prize pool

11+ Participants:

🥇 Gold: 70% of the store credit prize pool

🥈 Silver: 20% of the store credit prize pool

🥉 Bronze: 10% of the store credit prize pool

Example Calculations for Store Credit Pool

Prize Pool: P500 per participant

Participants:

8 participants = P4,000 prize pool

10 participants = P5,000 prize pool

16 participants = P8,000 prize pool

Distribution for 8 Participants:

🥇 Gold: P2,400

🥈 Silver: P1,000

🥉 Bronze: P600

Distribution for 10 Participants:

🥇 Gold: P3,000

🥈 Silver: P1,250

🥉 Bronze: P750

Distribution for 16 Participants:

🥇 Gold: P4,000

🥈 Silver: P2,000

🥉 Bronze: P1,200

RULES ON MINIATURES

No painting requirement for this event

3D printed models are allowed but must look like the models they are meant to reperesent.

Proxies of models are permitted if they are mostly made from Games Workshop plastic. If you are using a model that is not the standard Games Workshop model, upload a picture to the club for approval. Organizers reserve the right to ban proxies without prior approval during the event.

Army Selection and Battlepack

Only Warscrolls and Army Rules with a points profile from the Battle Profiles and Rules Updates (April 2025). Legends units cannot be used but can be proxied upon approval of the organizers.

Missions will be played following the General’s Handbook 2025-2026 (found on the official AoS App).
