API and UI fixes

• 👥 Who's coming — Teams at team events now show in a grid.
• 🎲 Table scenarios — Per-table scenario chips are easier to scan.
• 🔒 Hidden army lists — Lists hidden until the start are now hidden in the API too.
• 📨 Invitations and join requests — Pending invitations and requests show as a grid of boxes.
